Refund & Return Policy

Unused items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Discounted items are eligible for the same 30-day return window as regular-priced items. Only products clearly marked Final Sale on the product page are excluded.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with all included pieces.
Email support@cosnova.online before sending a return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Cash-on-delivery returns and returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
