Are your cosplay products officially licensed?
No. CosNova sells original, generic cosplay costumes, wigs, props, and accessories that work for many anime-inspired looks. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any franchise, studio, publisher, or brand owner.
Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
Processing time: 1-3 business days. Standard US delivery: 5-7 business days after dispatch. Tracking is provided after shipment.
How do I choose the right wig?
Start with the silhouette first: short, long, wavy, straight, twin-tail, ponytail, spiky, or gradient. Then compare color, length, cap comfort, and whether the listing says heat-resistant. Vivid colors usually read better under convention lighting and camera flash.
Can I use heat tools or restyle my wig?
Only use heat tools on wigs that are labeled heat-resistant. Use the lowest setting, keep tools moving, and test a small hidden strand first. Product pages may list a low-heat styling limit such as up to 180C / 356F when applicable.
What product details should I check before buying?
For wigs, check fiber type, length in inches and centimeters, cap fit, included pieces, color, and care notes. For LED props, check battery type, charging method, and whether batteries are included. For accessories, check size, material, and what is included.
Is CosNova good for beginner cosplayers?
Yes. CosNova is built for beginner-friendly cosplay planning, quick convention prep, Halloween looks, anime-inspired photoshoots, and complete-the-look styling. Start with one strong wig or prop, then add accessories that repeat the same color, shape, or mood.
How do I care for my cosplay wig?
Store the wig on a stand or in a net, detangle from the ends with a wide-tooth comb, wash gently in cool water when needed, and air dry fully before restyling. Avoid high heat unless the product is labeled heat-resistant.
How do I return or exchange an item?
