Are your cosplay products officially licensed?
No — and that's by design. CosNova sells original, generic cosplay pieces: wigs by color and style, plus props, makeup, and accessories that work for countless looks. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any franchise, studio, or brand.
Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We ship within the United States, and orders typically arrive in about 5–7 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
How do I choose the right wig?

How do I care for my cosplay wig?
Detangle dry with a wide-tooth comb (never a brush), wash gently in cool water, condition the lengths, and air-dry on a stand. See our full wig care guide.
Can I use heat tools or restyle my wig?
Only if the wig is labeled heat-resistant, and always on the lowest setting with a test strand first. Standard synthetic fiber can melt under high heat.
What size are your wigs?
Most wigs come in an adjustable average size with internal straps to fit a range of head sizes. Wearing a wig cap underneath improves comfort and gives a cleaner hairline.
Do your LED props need batteries?
Yes. LED accessories run on either replaceable coin-cell batteries or USB-rechargeable cells, depending on the item — check the product page for specifics. USB-rechargeable options last longer for full convention days.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If something isn't right, just reach out to our customer service team and we'll help you sort out a return or exchange.
Is checkout secure?
